Asian >P.F. Chang's China Bistro
I love PF CHANGS!. My favorite location is actually in Lakewood by Belmar Mall. Staff is very friendly and the food is always amazing. I don't know why people are whining about the price. The restaurant is fabulous and the prices are not that bad at all. I will continue to go to PF Changs over and over again. Must Try: Egg rolls, wontons, and sesame chicken! They also have this great wall chocolate cake that is to die for! Oh god this review made me hungry, I know where I'm going for lunch!
decent food, sad prices!.
i meet friends here for drinks and we usually share a dish or two to wash down the alcohol buzz from their drinks.
they have yummy drinks and apps but i wish their prices were lower!
service is hit or miss but since we sit at the bar during our binges we can usually flag someone down.
Good location. This location does a very good job overall. The food is great, service is good. I have been to this location over 20 times and never had a bad experience.
This gussied-up chain bustles with singles and families craving Chinese food favorites..
Towering twin stallions and carved wood screens add majesty and mystery to this stylish restaurant, where well-dressed patrons sip martinis at the bar and families with children feast around large tables or in spacious booths. The menu gives Chinese classics a contemporary tweak; dishes are artfully presented, with many sauces made tableside by servers. Signature plates include diced chicken wrapped in cool lettuce leaves, orange-peel beef with chili peppers, and wok-fried scallops with lemon sauce.
The Diamond Cabaret Does Chinese. The food at the PF Chang's Park Meadows location is mediocre, perhaps even good if you are looking for something predictable - it manages the average corporate fare. The major difference between the PF Chang's at Park Meadows and the one in LoDo is the ambiance. The hostesses at Park Meadows look like 16 year old cocktail hostesses at men's club, and have the attention span of a monkey on methamphetamines. On the up-side, the space is wonderfully decorated, and the view through the massive and numerous windows is romantic at sunset. The greatest drawback besides the slutty hostesses is the wait. Unless you are planning on dining at all but the oddest of hours, plan on staring at these saucy little darlings for around thirty minutes at least.
Chinese Food? NOT!. PF Chang doesn't serve up real Chinese food. It's more like American-Mexican "Chinese" food! I had tried several dishes - they were salty and loaded with thick dark sauce. I'd gone there twice (yes, I gave it a 2nd chance!), but will not go back there again.
Overrated. While the decor at PF Chang's is highly stylized and beautiful, the food is merely adequate. There's nothing wrong with it, but it's nothing special either. Each waiter blends their own sauce "recipe" for the table, but with a choice of only three ingredients, they're all remarkably similar. If it's a slow night and you can be seated right away, it's a convenient place to eat. If the wait is long, you may as well go somewhere else.
Yummy!. The best in town... well worth the wait! Get there by 500pm you won't have a problem.
