Good spot.. The location is great. The coffee is not. I like relaxing on the mall and this is a good spot to do so. Though they have one guy that looks like the kid from leave it to beaver. He needs to be more gentle with equipment, not that their coffee makers are important to me. The noise is annoying. But the service is good and the view is better.
