Really friendly, helpful staff. I had a great experience just yesterday. I went in to find some jeans and shirts, and everyone on staff was incredibly helpful.

All four of the associates helped me at one point or another, they were great about getting me hooked up with fitting rooms and getting me different sizes, suggesting colors, you name it. They were also honest with me when something didn't fit right, instead of trying to pressure me to buy anyway. The staff even let me leave a bag and my jacket at the desk while I shopped.

Like I said, everyone was great, but I have to especially thank Amy for going above and beyond. She and the rest of the crew made my experience extremely rewarding, and I'll definitely be back again.

While once a world of earthen-toned khaki pants and button-downs, today the store has embraced feminine detailing for women, vintage-y T-shirts for guys and a bright color scheme, creating an all-around modern meets classic vibe. Obliging employees are eager to help shoppers build outfits and find clothing to suit each personal preference. Although the moniker is originally derived from the generation gap between young children and adults, branch stores like GapMaternity and BabyGap allow the clothing chain to cater to every age group.
