Worst Cut

In addition to the cons I listed, the worst part of my experience at Luxe was an exceptionally poor cut. I would rate this cut in the top 2 worst cuts I have ever had. I will not be returning to this salon. I have tried two different stylists here and have officially given up on this salon. I will be finding another salon when my hair grows out in 10 months or so. Why do long? Because I left the salon with above chin-length hair despite repeatedly indicating "I am trying to grow my hair out" and do not want to lose any length (I entered the salon with hair one inch from my shoulders). If you like those kinds of mishaps and adventures, then this salon may be for you.
- Pros: Was rated highly online. This is what drew me in.
- Cons: Metered parking, cash/check tips only, poor service at desk

The worst hair salon EVER!!!!

When I looked online for the best hair salon in Denver, this salon came up for one of the best. I made an appointment thinking that I was going to have this awesome dye job. I left the salon with my hair looking like a pumpkin! It was soooo bad the blonde was yellow and my carmel was orange. My friends and family told me how bad it looked. I was in tears the next day, and the salon was closed on Sunday so I was unable to get it fixed. I had no choice but to go to a different salon and have it fixed. When I talked to the manager she said that there was nothing she could do and could not refund me my money and she had a HUGE attitude with me about it! They are way to expensive and dont know how to color hair! Be aware if you decide to go here!

Awesome cut, awesome color

I've been going to Luxe Salon, and specifically to George Arias, for eight years. George is, in a word, fabulous. For years he tweaked my short haircut to keep it up to date. Then he helped me grow it out to shoulder-length while still keeping it looking great. And the color has always been spot-on perfect. George *listens*--and that's really important.
