STAY AWAY!. As a former 'insider' of this hotel I urge you to stay away! They reuse their seafood weekly on their buffet (they just keep it on ice for 4 hours while it's sitting out) and the desserts sit out for hours and hours. Some of the desserts are even made weeks in advance and are put out right before they go bad. The cleanliness of the kitchens are also very skeptical. I've heard they use moldy fruits and just cut around the moldy part or use the fruits that aren't moldy out of the same bin. Whether they were touching the molding fruit or not. I urge you to stay away for your own health. Also, the only thing the head chef cares about is saving money. He doesn't care about quality, so you're paying WAY too much for a frozen product that they just heat up and serve as "home made". Please find somewhere worth your time and money. This business does not deserve it.

Find a great weekend seafood buffet and decadent Sunday brunch near Park Meadows Mall.. In Short
This hotel restaurant primarily hosts hotel visitors during the week, when the enormous dining room is rarely full. North-facing windows offer a beautiful view of the golf course. On Saturday nights, a more varied clientele comes for the fresh seafood buffet. Sunday brunch includes thick sausage links, crisp salads, massive pancakes and numerous entrees. With more than 100 items, it's impossible to try them all, but you'll fill up trying.

Best Seafood Buffet. Period.. Went on a Friday night. For $28.95 here is what you get: Station 1 - Chef Bouillabaisse. Chef makes soup for you. Station 2 - Salads, Cheeses Station 3 - Smoked Seafood - Oysters on the half shell, gravalax, smoked whitefish, scallops, etc.

Station 4 - Hot Dishes. Includes calamari, various seafood. 8 different dishes.

Station 5 - Prime Rib. Steamed Crab clusters.

The drinks are expensive. Two top-shelf margs cost $20. All food is fresh and replaced frequently. Service is excellent
