The Bridal Collection

Our entire wedding party had bridesmaids dresses fitted 2 sizes too large... I have never had to have a dress altered untill now. I told the bridal rep that I am a size two... she put me in a size 6! It would not be a big deal if it was just me, but the lady oversized all 5 of us! Now we are the ones paying for alterations that cost as much as the dress itself! Not recommended at all!…

My mom had originally told me to go to Davids Bridal because they have a large collection for very low prices, but after viewing their collection online, it just wasn't what I was looking for. I was looking for more of an elegant fell and look than JUST a wedding dress. So I did my research and came across the bridal collection. My consultant was not pushy at all and I had told her exactly what I was looking for and my budget was 700-1000. she didn't even go over $1.00! i walked out with my favorite Maggie Sottero dress for 999.00 plus a 15% percent military DISCOUNT most places don't even offer. The only problem i had was that she didn't tell me how much the pins for my hair were. they were 90 dollars each! but thats my kind of my own fault for not asking when I was fully aware that they probably get commission and have a daily sales goal they have to meet. But I RECOMMEND every bride come here and IF YOUR CONSULTANT IS RUDE... just ask for another one. As a former sales associate, everyone is different don't make them an example of the entire store. The manager was very nice and if your consultant was rude, I am pretty sure she is unaware and you should let her know.…

Amazing service and collection!. I had the most amazing experience at Bridal Collection! I worked with Chelsea and she made me feel like the most beautiful bride! She was also very helpful and picked out the dress for me that became "the one". This was the only shop I went to and it became the best experience! I also found the most beautiful jewelry, cocktail dress for my rehearsal dinner and all of my bridesmaid dresses! This whole experience gave me peace of mind and I finally felt beautiful! Best Customer Service in Denver!. I am the MOH and the search for the bridesmaids dresses turned into a nightmare rather quickly. The bride, who lives and is getting married in Phoenix, picked out dresses at David's Bridal. One weekend while the bride was in town, another bridesmaid, the bride and I went to David's to try on and order the dresses. That is where things went horribly awry. It was 10 weeks before the wedding which is cutting it close but, we figured worst case scenerio, we would have to pay "rush fees" to get them in time. That was not the case. The lady at David's Bridal told us that there was no way we could get that dress, in that color in time. The lady at David's didn't even attempt to offer a solution. We left the store having to start the search all over again. I remembered from a friend's wedding that The Bridal Collection was not too far away so, I looked up their number and called them. They had no problem seeing us on a Saturday without an appointment.

At first the bride didn't like a single thing on the racks. So, the lovely people and the manager started going through books looking for something similar to what she wanted. They finally found something and we were measured and ordered the dresses. They even waited for the other bridesmaid in Phoenix to call in her measurements to order them all at the same time. They even shipped the 3rd dress down to Phoenix for her.

The dresses arrived 3 weeks before the wedding and one didn't fit. Really off, not just a little. Something must have been measured incorrectly or made incorrectly. After putting it on at the salon and showing them that it did not fit, they admitted that something got messed up and are fixing it free of charge and will have it ready by the wedding.

They were able to diffuse two very stressful situations, and not only admit to mistakes but, bend over backwards to correct the situation and make the experience of a wedding what it's really supposed to be; happy.…
