Denver's Best Bridal Shop. I LOVED my wedding dress shopping experience at the Bridal Collection! I spent a whole Saturday running from shop to shop to try to find a wedding gown I liked. I am from out of town and didn't have any friends or family who could come with me and felt a little lonely at the first two shops I went to. When I got to the Bridal Collection, Melanie made me feel so comfortable and special - I felt like I was shopping with an old friend. I love my dress and can't wait to wear it on my wedding day!!

Bride to be. Everyone at the Bridal Collection was amazing, they really made dress shopping special. Annie was expecially great! Annie made this very difficult experiance enjoyable and fun! She really offered great suggestions and offered her expert opinion on everything bridal!! I highly recommend the Bridal Collection for your big day!!

Great experience!. I bought a gown for my wedding this summar and couldn't have been more pleased with my experience at the Bridal Collection. I initially wasn't quite sure what I wanted or was looking for, but my consultant, Christina, helped narrow down my options and really helped me to find the gown of my dreams. She was both knowledgeable and patient with me and wasn't too pushy. She was also very respectful of my budget and didn't try to get me to look at dresses that were out of my price range. I highly recommend the Bridal Collection for any brides desiring both quality gowns and customer service.

Worst experience. I bought a wedding gown with delicate material. They could never get the alterations right. There were snags all over the dress. They acted like it was no big deal and that I was crazy! The bust has wrinkles all over it and they could never fix it. The material was delicate and they were rough with it , when I asked to be gentle with it they ignored me. Terrible experience!!!!!

Wonderful! Great consultants, dresses & service. I purchased a gown in May only to find out in August that the owner of this particular salon was a thief! She closed up shop and kept my money without delivering a gown. After researching other stores that carry Pronovias, I found The Bridal Collection and Dee! What a difference between the two stores. I went in to TBC with the intention of buying the same Pronovias gown, but ended up trying on seven other styles, too. Dee was more than happy to help. She wasn't pushy, gladly allowed me to try on all the dresses I was interested in and didn't hound me about my budget. She listened to me, as well as my mom, grandma & aunt and didn't make me try on things that she wanted me to try. I ended up with an even prettier dress that fits my small frame even better than the first dress. And TBC ordered it in the right size!! The first dress was going to be ordered in a size 10. TBC is getting me a 4! What a blessing in disguise! I highly recommend The Bridal Collection. Dee is great!

Camille is AMAZING and this store is the BEST!!!!!. The Bridal Collection has saved my wedding dress nightmare, another store that shall not be named really messed up and I was without my dream dress 2 and 1/2 months to my wedding(I ordered my original one in October). My fiance called and spoke with Camille and she was so nice, helpful and just plain amazing. I went in and everyone was so friendly and sympathetic. They got my dress rush ordered and it wasn't crazy expensive. I went from red, swollen crying eyes to happy in an instant. The store is great, beautiful selection and wonderful staff. I am so thankful to have gotten in contact with this store. They really turned a worse case scenario into a happy one. I even found the veil I wanted and ordered that too! My mother found a lovely dress for the wedding that she ordered. I could go on and on about this place because they really have made me feel great. If you are just starting to look for a dress do not make the mistake I did and go anywhere else, go here first! They will make you feel special and you will find the dress that make you feel beautiful!!!!

Great selection, very helpful. I purchased my wedding gown from The Bridal Collection. I worked with Christina each time I went there, and she was so helpful. She was honest; she told me when a dress was flattering and when a dress did nothing for me. She never pushed for me to purchase a dress. No one at TBC ever asked me for my dress budget, and I never shared it. All of the dresses I chose to try on were between $700 and $1,000, and there were no problems with that - Christina continued to bring me dresses in that price range. Plus I love that their alterations are "a la carte." TBC was the first bridal shop I went to, and I went back to purchase my dream dress after I visited a few other shops in Denver. Highly recommended! It has been pretty busy each time I've visited, so I would not recommend showing up without an appointment.

Five Stars. I had such a great experience from the moment I walked in. I was still unsure of exactly what style I wanted but they gave suggestions and told me what would look best on my body type. The dress I ended up purchasing was one that I would have never tried on. My sales lady picked it out and I ended up loving it. I loved going back to the store for the Winter’s and Rain Trunk show and again for my alterations. They made me fee like family. I’m sad I don’t have a reason to go back! I went to several other stores but loved The Bridal Collection.

Terrible service!. Well they showed me where the mother of the bride dresses were but trying to get help on someone zipping me or clipping up the dresses was another story! One lady came over after I flagged her down and said she could help me this time but she had an appointment coming in. So I asked her if there was anyone else that could help me because I had noone that could come with me to help me and my daughter bride to be lives in Boston. She stated that they were all busy. There were a number of them and sometimes they were just at the front talking to each other so I went up to tell them that I really needed help because I couldn't do it by myself. Then they helped me briefly. I didn't find anything and all of the dresses were too short! I finally left which noone even noticed but I would not go back there because of the service.

I'm not CHEAP!. Such a bad experience here! I was told by a few of my friends to go check out The Bridal Collection because of a certain designer they had. Honestly even if I liked the designer I went in to see I would never have purchased something there! In the 30 min I was there I was treated so rudely and my budget apparently was too low for them. I have a $1200 budget ladies!! I think that is big enough! Anyways...I never felt like I was a customer to them, more just like a person who could possibly spend money! I am a bride and this is supposed to be a special occasion for me and my mother and closest friends to go in there and find the gown of my dreams! My consultant didnt listen to what I was saying and kept saying, "well with your cheap pricepoint we might have to just focus on this designer because she is the lowest in the store!" how rude...I am not a cheap person nor would I like my budget to be called cheap!! They have their particular bride they work with and you can tell, because thats all I saw in the store, the same type of girl looking for the same stuff with a high price point. Nothing unique or new there, any designer they have I have found at other stores in the Lakewood and Denver area!
