Editorial Review for Omni Interlocken Golf Course – by Tom Humphreys

In Short
All three nines will challenge the low-handicapper with their tight fairways, fast greens and elevation change. The courses aren't long, but all of the sand traps, hilly areas and thick grass fringes do make them more difficult than your average Colorado course. The facilities are top notch, complete with a swank driving range (hit nice balls off real grass), fancy locker rooms and a pro shop that has actual good taste in clothes.

User Reviews for Omni Interlocken Golf Course

5 Star Rating: Highly Recommended

After golfing at Omni Interlocken my perception of golf has changed. I grew up on the great plains of Kansas and we didn't have much and far as golf courses are concearned. I've played on it all, from cement greens to dirt fairways. My first experience on the Interlocken was great although it was an immature golf course. I could tell the superintendent loved his job because he was very good at it. All the greens, fairways, tees, collars, and approaches were very well manicured. The staff very well at work, but at the same time out of site. I received great service at the pro-shop and enjoyed a fast tasty lunch.

Pros: challenging greens, excellent staff, wide hole variation

Cons: drainage problem, no tree cover, affilliated w/ hotel
