What People Are Saying About Kings Land Chinese Seafood

In Short – This enormous space might have been a roller rink once, and disco balls and lights still hang from the ceiling. Best time to go is lunch, when the carts and crowds bustle through. You can also get dim sum for dinner, but it's made to order, which can be tricky unless you're a seasoned enthusiast. Must-tries include shrimp balls, spring rolls and dumplings. Adventurous types might opt for steamed octopus or snails on the half-shell.
This is the real deal

I am married to a woman from China, and visit Gaungzhou frequently. When I eat at Kings Land, I often forget I'm in Denver, and get surprised when the waiter answers in English. The zoe, chung fung, and all dim sum here is spot on, just like mama Chen makes it. Very impressed. I always way over order because I'm homesick for China, and want to get it all in, but when the bill comes, I am always pleasantly surprised. Usually don't give 5 stars, but I did in this case, beacause as far as an authentic, chinese meal, you can't get ay better than this even in China. Restrooms have always been spotless when I was here, and restaurant clean in response to the previous review.

I make it a point to stop in for dim sum any time I'm in Denver. staff is very friendly, service quick and orderly, food is amazing and affordable..about as authentic as you can get so far away from the source. just don't forget to open the lid of your teapot for more tea.
- Pros: good, fast, cheap
- Cons: get there early on weekends
Excellent food and friendly service

Despite the fact we arrived with a group of six and the restaurant was catering a wedding reception of over 100 people, we were graciously received and seated in a small area away from the wedding. The wait staff was responsive to our many questions and we ordered multiple dishes. We had a wonderful squid with ginger and scallions, shrimp with lobster sauce, a spicy chicken dish, hot and sour soup and several more delicious items. The waiter told us to come in between 10 and 3 for dim sum, which we will do soon.
this is a place we will return to many times. A friendly staff and marvelous food. And no, we didn't check out the restrooms.
- Pros: Fresh, well prepared food
- Cons: perhaps a few chinese partitions would help the kind of cavernous feel
