POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THE TOP DOWN. My husband and I stayed here twice this year, and each visit was extremely disappointing. First, I'm not one to nit pick, but I do expect quality customer service. Each time this establishment was under par. The General Manager is clueless. On our first visit, I filled out the guest survey, and she sent us a letter for an upgrade to a suite if we gave them another chance.

You would have thought they would have made some kind of note on our account to make sure that our every need was taken care of for our visit. Not the case. Called room service and asked for a bottle of champagne. The rep said that she didn't have the liquor cabinet key, and she wasn't going to be able to do that for us. Not one attempt to resolve the situation, or just say of course, and figure it out on her own.

Our room was not properly cleaned. Empty Champagne bottle left in room, chairs askew from the table. Countless of things. But what made me more upset than anything was how the General Manager handled the complaint. Not only that but the President of the company wasn't much better, and gave her employee the way out, instead of apologizing for her General Manager behavior.

If you want decent hotel service, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone!

enjoyed overall. I wa able to shop the rates (by date) and was able to get a room for a very reasonable price. The room itself was quite small but the decore in the room was nice. The bathroom has a nice tub but the rest of the tile, countertops etc all felt cheap. The location was perfect for a weekend downtown. Walking distance to everything. The valets were very friendly and the front desk helpful. The bar however was boring but they are building a new one. Overall I would reccomend.

Great packages.... Loved our stay..both times. My husband and I go to the Magnolia every year for my birthday. We love the availability of a driver to take us to our favorite restaurants and clubs. Friendly staff....informative. It snowed the last stay..and the views out of our window were beautiful.

Overpriced for room quality. We stayed in a suite room, so perhaps that had something to do with the qualityh of the room. However, it was not all that great for the price. The bed was only a double bed, the bathroom was very average, tv's were tiny, couches itchy. Have stayed at other Magnolia hotels that were very luxuriousm this was more comfort inn feeling.

The hotel itself is very nice and the service WAS excellent. The valets were very helpful and the free shuttle was great for soming/going to dinner. Can't beat free fresh baked cookies and milk from 8-10 pm either. Free Breakfast was pretty good for a continetial breakfast.

A classy, modern hotel in the renovated 1906 American Bank Building.. The Scene
This historic landmark is popular with business travelers because of its central location in the 17th Street Financial District. Tourists also equally favor its proximity to the Denver Performing Arts Center, Pavilions shopping complex, Colorado Convention Center and downtown restaurants.

The Details
The hotel has 246 rooms, nearly half of which are suites. They are decorated in chic neutrals, and colorful accents are provided by pillows and art prints on the walls, as well as fresh flowers and bowls of apples. All of the accommodations have high-speed Internet access, and wireless is available for a fee. Some also have kitchenettes, and others microwaves and refrigerators. The well-equipped workout room is open 24 hours. The complimentary breakfast buffet is among the best in town, topped only by the late-night cookies and milk bar. Guests enjoy drink discounts at Harry's Bar, which feels like stepping back into 1960s Paris.
