In Short – This friendly, efficient restaurant has a huge open kitchen with gigantic brick ovens. The pizza has a thin, crispy crust, a choice of red or white sauce and dozens of toppings. The white-pesto chicken has a savory blend of olive oil, garlic, herbs and spices and several cheeses. The spicy veggie pizza comes laden with mushrooms, onion, artichokes, olives, peppers and fresh garlic. Subs include cheese steak, meatball, sausage, veggie and turkey breast.
Santoros Brick Oven Pizzeria in Littleton is finally OPEN!!!

Finally after long wait Santoros in Littleton is open! The ownership hasn't changed and the food is excellent. It's hard to find a place close to the family friendly atmosphere that Santoro's has in the area. Among the the new Southbridge shopping center where the new Safeway food store is, there is finally more life to the shopping center. Chef Mario is over there and has brought his recipes from Italy and brings in a fun atmosphere to this restaurant. The owners are very friendly and just are a pleasure to talk with all of the time. Really looking forward to visiting more since it's closer to home for me. Rock on Santoro's!!!!!!
- Pros: Family friendly, Lunch delivery service, Excellent food
- Cons: Can't think of anything.
Shady Owners

Santoro's does have decent food but that's where it ends. This "family" business has two sets of rules, one for the family and one for the employees. I've seen family come in and take money out of the drawer and then an employee get blamed for stealing it. Don't give your money to this restaurant, they have bad business practices and I'm shocked they are actually still in business. The owners are rude and don't live up to their word and speak to all their employees like minions. There are plenty of pizza places in Denver, Pick another one.
- Pros: Good Food
- Cons: Bad Leadership and Terrible Owners
Avoid if possible!!

I have been going to this place for years - however, as of late, there must be new management. Front desk personnel is horrid. There is always a gathering of employees around the front upon entering - maybe because they have nothing else to do! The crowds are non-existent anymore, another tell-tale sign I should've taken note of. There used to be a regular group of employees we would converse with, who would recognize us, make us feel welcome, etc. However, now it is a whole new crowd who would rather talk to each other than make the customers feel welcome. There is maybe only 1 wait person who we recognize and who recognizes us - must be a lot of turnover going on. This place has totally lost it's "family business" appeal, and now just seems like a run of the mill, "What do you want?" kinda place. Seems no pride of ownership at all, and my dollar is to precious to spend here. BEWARE. Spend yours somewhere where they show they appreciate you.
