We've been ripped off by their staff when we checked our tabs the next day! over charged for something we did not order.
Cheated by the Lime. Don,t go to this place, they will add charges to your bill! We had 3 different peole in our party that were charged 20 percent tip on their bill. When checking the charge the next day they had added another 20 percent to the bill. Can you imagine how much they are scamming everyone?…
Worst Dining Experience Ever. We visited the Landmark/Tech Center location for $1 Taco Tuesday last night. We've visited in the past and the food was okay and the margaritas were okay but the price was decent and the service was fine. Last night's experience turned me off Lime forever. I arrived to meet my fiance and a few of his friends to find that while the three friends had been served the waiter refused to serve my fiance because his ID was "fake". He's 27 years old; his ID is anything but fake. After demonstrating that ever single card in his wallet bears his name and many his picture the waiter still refused to serve him. We spoke to a manager who was unwilling to compromise or even attempt to keep us at the restaurant even without his margarita. While I appreciate the fact they were trying to keep from serving alcohol to minors the waiter and manager were extremely rude and unfriendly as we tried explain our situation and the fact was they were refusing to serve alcohol to a totally sober 27 year old. We told the waiter we were leaving and asked for the check (for the first three margaritas) which took another ten minutes to round up. When it came back they were charging us for four margaritas. Oh the irony. He apparently rang in the fourth margarita but refused to serve it to my 27 year old fiance. After mediocre food and a terrible experience with the staff and manager I would recommend skipping Lime (at least at the Landmark location) and I will not be returning.…
Be careful!!!. Be very sure to double check your receipt with what they actually charged you!!! This is the second time this has happened while dining here (it was not my choice to come back) and both times I have been over charged. The first was for around $100 and it took over a week of talking with management to sort out the problem. The second time the waitress added a 20% gratuity on our check so we did not tip any more, but when checking with the bank the next day she had added an additional tip to everyone who paid with credit card. The extra few dollars is not a big deal, but it’s the principal behind it. If they have done this to me twice, then I’m pretty sure I’m not the only one.…
