In Short – Deli Tech's excellent array of meats and breads come from the Carnegie Deli in New York, and the New York feel carries throughout. Eat in the main dining area, upstairs or on the porch. Breakfasts include lox, sablefish, matzo brie, eggs and challah French toast, served anytime. For lunch or dinner, the sandwiches are gigantic, piled between rye, pumpernickel on a bagel. Also worthy: knishes, blintzes, coleslaw, amd matzo ball and barley soups.
Real New York comes to Denver!

Everything from the Deli Tech comes from the Carnegie Deli in New York City and it pays off. Deli Tech has some wonderful things to offer. Try going on a weekend for brunch. Get the two for one bloody mary and Latke Burrito. I swear that you will not be disappointed. If you go for lunch. Go with the Pastrami Reuben, it's the greatest sandwich in the world. The cheese cake is awesome, the other sandwiches kick butt. Just go to this place.
- Pros: Everything on the menu is the best possible version
- Cons: looks pricey at times
NOT GOOD!
by milehicritic
I am sorry, the food is great but the service is horrible. I have never been treated so rudely in my life. The staff complains about everything to the customers! Change your staff, or maybe their right, and change the owner.
- Pros: Great Food
- Cons: Lousy staff
Best Deli in Colorado

This place hands down is awesome. The best corned beef sandwich piled so high. I love the turkey also, taste just like fresh off the bird on thanksgiving. The service is great, I see when the owner is in, he checks in on all the customer. I have been to New York, no deli's gets close in Colorado except this one. I almost forgot the cheesecake! They fly it in from NY's Carnegie Deli. WOW! If you like a nice hearty sandwich go here. They also have a full menu to accommodate all.
- Pros: Great food
- Cons: none
