DO NOT EAT THERE! IT'S JUST BAD!. I saw many things bad about this restaurant after dinner with my friends there last night , First, the restaurant is trying to be fusion, but no sucessfully, menu mix of many similar food but named differently, i felt wasted my money on same dishes. Secondly, poor food quality and service, very salty and oilly food, I got upset stomache after got home. no one took care of our table even there was only eating there, no English speaker waiter work there, only the ugly bold looking short guy asked us if dinner was ok when we leaving. Also, i requested my food without MSG, but i still have MSG in my food. There are some more negative things about this restaurant, which i won't spend more time to write about, I JUST WON'T EVER EAT THERE AGAIN!
Below Average Asian Food. Below average chinese food, funny looking boss/manager doesn't understand my request on my order, they ended up gave me wrong items, dirty stinky restroom, expired happy hour beer and wine made me sick .
Great Chinese place!.
We have been there 3-4 times in the last year and every time we liked the food, how the place is decorated and the service.
I would definitely recommend this place to anybody. It has a modern touch which is rather rare among Chinese restaurants. We will be back there for sure.

Average at best.. We have given this place at least 7 tries and have had an average meal twice. The other 5 times it was bad. We live very close and this is very convenient so we have really wanted to like it but we will not return. The wontons were soggy. The Sesame Chicken was weird. It had very little chicken and a whole lot of veggies. The beef moo shu had very little beef. It was all cabbage. The rice was even bad. Plus, it is pricey with small portions. It is a cute clean restraunt but the food truly leaves a lot to be desired.
Terrible Experience, place is run by morons.
Had an awful experience at Little Holly's recently. We waited for well over an hour for our food, meanwhile seeing people seated around us getting their food even though they were seated 30 minutes after us. All the while the staff totally ignored us, wouldnt even come back to refill our drinks while we waited.
After voicing our displeasure we got the run around trying to speak to the manager. I dont even think there is a manager the place is run so poorly. None of the staffed seemed to understand why we were upset that our food took 75 minutes to arrive, while all other table were being served. They actually told us we should "be happy". Their excuse for our poor service was that they were short staffed. I asked why being short staffed would cause them to serve people out of order, they could not grasp this concept. They honestly didnt understand why we were upset and were not willing to make things right.
I will not be returning, do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle.
Food snob says...... Grrrrrr ate. Another recent try based on what City Search people have to say. They ought to dump that last review. This place is very good. Fresh, and it shows that the chef/owner care about the quailty of food and the way its served. I was feeling down with a cold and opted for a large bowl of Won Ton Soup. ( not many places do this anymore) The waiter was surprised that was all I wanted so the chef chose to take it up a notch by adding shrimp and vegatables. I was very pleased and impressed with the EXTRA effort. More restaurants need to put forth an extra effort to bring people back. My better half loved it as well and she' harder to please. A long drive for us, but we'll go back more than once.
Innovative Chinese cuisine and upscale ambience give a lift to dining in Highlands Ranch..
In Short
A dining room with warm colors, great artwork, lots of flowering plants and creative cuisine make this sister restaurant to Little Ollie's in Cherry Creek a wonderful addition to the Highlands Ranch dining scene. Start with moist and tender steamed chicken dumplings served with ginger-soy dipping sauce or lettuce wraps filled with diced chicken and vegetables. Entrees are perfect for sharing, like the crisp Hunan duck with spicy mushrooms, snow peas, red peppers and onions.
Wife loves it, I tolerate it. The food is fresh and light(for Chinese Food). However, to me everything is bland. You can order any dish and it will taste the same as anything on the menu, therefore, order the cheapest dish. I do like the Hot and Sour soup and the Lettuce Wraps. The restraunt has a great ambiance and everyone is friendly and fast. The real reason why I will continue to eat here is because it is the only option in Highlands Ranch that is worth half the cost of the meal.
Little Holly satisfies big appetites. Great little restaurant. The food is excellent and the staff friendly. Great value for the money.
Best Chinese in Denver!. I friends in Westridge first introduced us to Little Holly's. John Holly is the most exciting owner. When you visit his restaurant he treats you like royalty. White linens and nice china at an amazing price. The food is unlike the ordinary chinese cuisine. His flavors and tastes are unique. Our favorite is the sesame chicken. We haven't gotten to his new restaurant John Holly's in Park Meadows yet. -- But we will. I hope everyone doesn't find out about this restaurant.
