Why didn't I come here for lunch sooner?. Today I tried Einsteins for lunch for the 1st time. I ordered the pastrami and swiss on an Asiago cheese bagel and the girl in the drive through was over the top friendly. I just got done eating my sandwich and OMG this is the best pastrami I have EVER had, it's not fatty at all, and it's full of flavor, it's hot and with the melted swiss... it's divine. I also got the cole slaw with it, which, by itself is pretty 'meh' since they dont put sugar in it, but put it ON the pastrami and swiss bagel and BAM it's heaven! I will be coming here at least once a week to get a pastrami fix, I just know it. My total for the sandwich with cole slaw and a medium drink was over $9 so that's more than I would spend at a fast food joint, but the quality of food is worth it. YUM!
