This is poor unfriendly service Jim is way too greedy, food collect left over stink
good pizza way to expensive. good pizza no value fifteen plus dollars for a one topping pizza is to much for me and my family, we like dominos 3 toppings eight bucks great value. please jim re think your price points and we will eat at your place twice a week in stead of once or twice a year. we feel so ripped off it's tough times and it's getting worse. we also like amici's on 44th and wadsworth , great pizza good value with bounce back coupons, and on sundays and mondays jumbo size for large price. iv'e been eating their for thirty years and always meet family and friends for special events.
Delicious, delicious, delicious. (And great atmosphere!). I grew up a few miles away from here and made it a weekly event to walk down Independence hill for a meal. We didn't have a car but thinking about the great food and service made the 20 minute walk well worth it! Sadly I have now moved to the East Coast but every time I come back to Colorado I visit!!!
BAD FOOD WITH BAD SERVICE. I don't recommend this place to no one. Tasteless food and horrible service. I ran out of this place cause it stank so bad. Go to Roma Roma up the street, much better food and the service is way better.
Arvada Family Tradition.
So I read the last review... thinking to myself... I could have written this. I too grew up on Arvada Villa. Bronco games, Nuggets games... or even if Dad just wanted to say Hi to Jim.. my family didn't really need an excuse to goto or order Arvada Villa. For the 40 years of my life i have never had Pizza anything close to the Villa. Great memories of countless times drinking a coke and watching the nuggets with my Dad as he and Jim talked about the season... Dad never wanted to call in the order, always said it would be fresher if he ordered it there... sure Dad... you just wanted to be in that familiar spot talking to a good friend. Thanks Jim. I will keep coming through those doors as long as they are open too. Nice comment Cellesse! Couldn't have put it better myself.

Great Italian Food. I've dined at the Arvada Villa Pizzeria since it first opened in1960 and the food has always been excellent. The thin crust pizza is the same as the best pizzeria's of the 1950's produced. The spaghetti sauce is great and so are the cannoli's. The crust is not thick and doughy like other restaurants serve and the sauce is in a separate bowl for dipping. I love their italian sausage but the beef cannoli is so good that I've never ordered the sausage cannoli. The Arvada Villa Pizzeria is not a large restaurant but, due to their wonderful reputation, they do get very busy. We try to go a little early and have no problem getting seated. The restaurant has good service, is nicely decorated and they have a full bar. I've tried other italian restaurants through the years and I still find the Arvada Villa Pizzeria to be the best. They must be doing something right to be a success for 50 years at the same location.
Good homestyle italian food. They use bakers pride ovens for the best pizza short and sweet U cant beat their Food, Service & Prices. I'ts a place that make you feel at home
No place Like Home.
I was reading a review about this little pizzeria in my home town and I just had to post my opinion here since I was not allowed enough room to comment on it. I have been eating at Arvada Villa since I could eat and I am 40 now so that's a lot of meals. This review comes with experience. The thing is though I am not unique. Anyone who eats there makes it a lifetime tradition. This is a place where you can enjoy great Italian cuisine and while your eating it you can expect a visit from Jim who will greet you by name and ask how your Grandma is doing. Jim has owned Arvada Villa since I can remember but Dad remembers when his Dad cooked there. I am sure they both spent everyday of their lives there for at least 15 hours a day. I am sure they worked until every finger was blistered and they wanted to run far far away. But they did it to provide you and I a place we could think of as home. I can truthfully say there is no other place where I go eat and I have a lot of Tradition in my life where I get the feeling that I get when I enter the Villa. Not to pass up the fact that the food is the best. We do order it to be delivered also ....so its not just the tradition that keeps me coming back....over and over and over.....Jim thanks for all your hard work and for all the smiles you have left on my heart. I love your restaurant and as long as those doors are open I will be walking in them. Merry Merry Christmas to you and your Family.
Celisse Holman (Daughter of Fred Holman_) And as for my comment on the 2 star review...
YOU GOT A FREE MEAL, as I am sure you always do, no matter where you go, and no matter how hard someone worked to provide it to you. You got free service since I am certain you didn't leave a tip. Shut up and keep your unfounded opinions to yourself. Or do you need the points to get your next free meal. Okay I have said enough. Jim we love you we love your food and in 41 years of great experiences I can honestly say I think of you as family
Will give another try. We decided to go down the street for a meal and tried the Arvada Villa. We were greeted in no time at the door and the host seemed very nice. We sat down and the worst part of the experience was we were not even greeted for an (honest) est time of 15 min. Though they were pretty busy and may have possibly been understaffed we were close to leaving. We then got service and seemed pretty decent from there on out. The food is not what I would say worth quite the high prices of what was being charged, but I am no professional italian reviewer. And nicely enough we were treated to the meal by the house. I would say this is def a great move to prove " hey we are understaffed come see us again to let us prove what we have to you". So we will be back again where we have heard the service makes the food worth the money!
Super friendly service, and terrific food.
I love this place. We often go for lunch (at least once a month) and fill up on tasty manicotti, pizza, or sausage and peppers.
It's good Italian comfort food, and the service can't be beat.
You gotta try it!
