Our Favorite Denver-area Restaurant

We live in the Foothills and have searched far and wide in the Denver area for good Asian cuisine - Happy Gourmet is the best!!! They have something for everyone in our family - my daughter and I love the pad thai, my husband craves the curry, our little guys gobble up the egg rolls and crab cheese wontons. We drive about 40 minutes as often as we can to eat here!!! We keep meaning to try other things - the mongolian BBQ looks fabulous and lots of other things on the menu sound scrumptious, but we've all fallen in love with our favorites and it's hard to pass them up! We wish we were closer! Excellent service, too - always accommodating to our party of 6 or more!
- Pros: Everything! The food, the staff!
- Cons: It's a far bit to drive for us, but we do it anyway!
