VERY BAD

Arvada optical sold me a very expensive pair of glasses which are useless. I am not able to use them and when I called for help I was told by the office assistant that old age was the cause for the blured vision I was experiencing. When I became upset with this and asked for a refund, I was offered an inexpensive pair of reading glasses instead of a refund. I was not told that the lens I ordered was non-refundable when I purchased. I was then told not to call or return to the store. The perscription isn't right, and the glasses are a huge waste of money.
