A Colorado favorite for thick (or thin) crusted pizzas piled mile-high with toppings..
In Short
Rustic wood paneling and Old West-themed decor recall Colorado's gold-rush days. Hungry families crowd the restaurant munching on Beau Jo's famed thick Mountain Pizzas and thin Praire Pizzas. Customers choose from about 20 specialty pies or create their own using one or more of the seven sauces, nine cheeses and a long list oftoppings. There's also a catalog of sandwiches, calzones and desserts.

Not worth your money.
I took a friend for dinner and was extremely dissatisfied. We ordered a pizza on wheat crust and it was wet and tasteless. The toppings were bland and slopped on top of this crust. Beau Jo's used to be a great place to eat, but not anymore. Their gourmet pizza looks and tastes like it was made by a five year old. Definitely not recommended.

the best pizza.
All that I would like to say is that Beau Jo's is the best pizza in Colorado. Some may not agree, but I certainly think so. You can choose the pizza to have a think or thin crust, but the thick is the best because after you have eaten the pizza, you dip the crust in yummy homey. All I can say is that you are missing out if you have never been there.
