Werner's Master Tek

Glad I found these Guys. These guys are awesome. When I moved here from Florida, I blew a rod in my engine. I didn't know anybody here, so I had to find an honest garage to help me. Obviously replacing an engine is a very costly endeavour, even when you find someone honest, so it's that much more important to find the right place. I searched for awhile, reading all the reviews I could find and Werners stood out as a clear favorite. After bringing my business to them, I found out just how great these guys are.

Adam and Dana really took care of me, and continue to do so. I live in Highlands Ranch, so it is quite a haul from my house, but it's worth the trip. I was stranded in Aurora with my vehicle ( not from anything that they did ), and the garage was packed, but they gave me priority and spent four and a half hours to get me back on the road!

Beat Darn Auto Repair Around. Although they specialize in German made cars – Werner’s Master Tek works on everything! They have taken GREAT care of my Chevy Truck. Their prices are competitive or even better than some shops and way better than a dealer.

Werner’s Master Tek takes the time lay out the why and when of the repairs needed. They do not try to get you to commit to work you don’t need. They help you make a plan so you can keep your vehicle running and then schedule out what has to be done later.

Their service manager is very polite and doesn't treat women like we are stupid concerning cars/trucks! He is very clear when he is explaining what needs to be done.

Very Impressive. The staff at Werner's Mastertek were so friendly and informative. The service manager and the techs really know what they are doing. Their pricing is very affordable and I will be taking my vehicle back for oil changes to transmission service. I will definately recommend Werner's to my friends, family and co-workers. THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER!. They had my car for a week! and kept telling me it was a diffrent problem each time. Beaware of there managers term "to diagnose" or where "we would start" that usually means its an extra $100 each time he says it, that is if he is ever in the office! he would not return my calls and was rude. i had to pay an extra $250 over the estimate and i had to pay for a part that they broke when replacing my timing belt. I would never go there again.
