Incompetent Staff

I had planned on taking my dogs to Tenaker for July 4th weekend. Their systems were down and it took me three days and several phone call before their systems were finally able to take my contract...this was frustrating in its own right. On each of the calls they told me that they could administer Bordetella to one of my dogs, whose vaccine had expired. On the day before I was planning to drop them off, I called to finalize everything and they told me that since its a busy holiday weekend they could not give the Bordetella the day he arrived. The manager was not very apologetic when I complained to him about the mis-information I received on all of my previous calls. They left me high and dry with no pet care, the day before a busy holiday weekend. I do not recommend taking your pets here, makes you wonder what other mistakes they make.

RE: Scammers ( Comment not RIGHT!)

i am a long term client who was present at the time of drop off with this client, i also was present at the time of pick up, i remember staff member john explaining to this lady that she would be charged for her day of drop off and would be charged through sunday, just as a human hotel would do.

I also remember him explaining the 10% discount was for one dog and not the entire bill.

I I know that Tenaker is professional and the entire staff enjoys what they do.

Amazing Place to Board my family!!!

Amazing Service!

Let me describe what i mean:

My dog Buddy has had problems with kennels and strangers in the past, most kennels seem to punish the dogs they take care of my spraying them in the face. Thats a huge no-no with Buddy. He only responds to someone confident and trustworthy. At first i was very afraid that they would have problems with Buddy because of his very playful nature, but i was surprised when i picked him up!

I got to see first hand how Tenaker treats their guests and i'm proud to say that they treat their boarding animals as if they were their own! Buddy came to the front to meet me with a smile and a wag i've never seen before, and to top it off he didn't want to leave! (that's saying alot, they other two places we tried he couldn't wait to get in my car). They have cameras all over the facility and i was able to see Buddy play!

The best part: The prices and the customer service we recieved from Robert (the Manager) and Jordan were excellent!

I would DEFINATELY bring Buddy back, Thanks Guys!
