I was impressed when Mike told me they use used parts and that John recommended this shop I'm all for recycling it takes a better repair shop to do an excellent job with used parts and repairing the ones they could. It looks great and I appreciate the detailing

WOW! My Infiniti looks amazing. And it drives even better! My friends told me that my car would never be the same after the accident. I was starting to believe them after their horror stories. Three weeks later I couldn’t wait to see it. Believe me when I say, “WOW.” You even took the rock chip out of the bumper! Thank you so very much! I love it!

I was involved in an accident (rear ended) while in Colorado, my car was not drivable and I had to leave it in state to be repaired per insurance rules. I selected Michael's Auto Body and have been extremely happy with their wonderful customer service and quality workmanship.

My car was backed into ruining the entire rear passenger door and scraping the tire, bumper, and front door. My insurance quoted the fix-up as $2067. I got a few quotes from around town. Michael's was recommended to me by a lady at another car shop in town. She said they were very reputable. Michael's Auto Body in Aurora has been there for 35 years and Mike was very honest about the work that could be done. I told him I wanted the door fixed and the rest helped, but I wanted a minimal payment. He knew what I was looking for and was great about telling me multiple options that I had in order to fix my car. He was honest about the work, the detail that would be done, and exactly how my car would look when he was finished with it. Plus, he said that as long as they did not find any additional damage, that he would do touch-ups/buffering as needed regardless of how long it took without nickel-and-diming me to pay him extra $$. My car looks like beautiful. Mike was great! Thanks!
