Red Lobster, Aurora, CO. I would have given a rating of MINUS stars but I didn't have that option. This resturant is the worst I have ever eaten in, I have eaten there 4-5 times, the management doesn't give a crap about the customers, you voice a concern and they roll their eyes or shrug their shoulders, no apologies, nothing. We ordered a very expensive dinner for 2 of us, I will never go back and will recommend to everyone I know to never visit them. First the scallops were like rubber, it was like eating raw testicles. The bread was hard and looked like it had been served before. The silverware had food stuck on it, you could see it clearly so how they could even put this on the table is beyond me.

The soft drink was mostly ice so I only had 4-5 gulps of it. The salad was limp old lettuce.

The main course came to us cold, they didn't care, they just put it in the microwave so it made my lobster hard as a rock. The butter wasn't warm either. The vegetables were so hard I couldn't even chew them. I could never find our waiter, oh, excuse me, he was with his fellow servers whooping it up and laughing like a frat party off to the side, they don't care about their service or customers.

When I asked to speak to the manager, it took 15 minutes to see one and when he came over he already had an attitude, he was a total snot, arrogant and smug. Never an apology. Nothing. They don't care at this establishment in the least, this has happened 2 previous times to us with almost identical problems, we went back there thinking management changed along with servers but they are all the same. Customer service means nothing to this franchise.

DO NOT EAT AT RED LOBSTER, what a joke. The HEALTH DEPARTMENT will be notified, trust me on that.

Be Kind To Yourself. My wife and I have spent many a good time at this establishment. Unfortunately we found outselves not being able to visit for two to three months. 1) We walked in on a Sunday afternoon. We observed there were amble amounts of tables in the bar area and asked the host for one of those. Without looking up from his cell phone he replied; "It'll be 20 mins." 2) Once seated we also observed that several tables had not been cleared and it was as if a frat. house had just departed. 3) Our bread was served and as I seperated the breadplates we found decayed shrimp refuse on them. 4)...and last when all of this was brought to the managers attention she couldn't have cared less. She simply nodded offering no apologies.

I've since Emails Red Lobster Corp. twice and after nearly 3 weeks received a response asking for my home address. This particular restaurant will not see another dollar of our money.

Casual crustacean-inspired chain serves up diet-defying seafood dishes in a family-friendly environment.. In Short
Live lobsters wriggle in a tank inside this seafood emporium, where nautical-patterned booths and colorful, fish-shaped tables in the bar area add subdued touches of whimsy to the room's classy dark wood accents. The menu can be downright decadent, with starters of artichoke lobster dip, seafood fondue, and crab-stuffed mushrooms. Entrees feature lighter, grilled fare like mahi-mahi and North Atlantic sea scallops, along with signature lobster dishes, snow crab legs, and jumbo fried shrimp platters.

Shrimp-Shrimp-Shrimp. Love the shrimp--fried, scampi, cocktail, hawaiian, fettucini--you name it. The kids could not have been happier. Service was just okay. The garlic bisquits were warm and fresh, except the waitress forgot to bring them until after we had our soup and salad. The blackened Halibut was delicious. The rice portion was scimpy tho.

Overpriced and mediocre to bad. Do not eat at Red Lobster. The food is mediocre at best and you are going to pay as much as you would at a far better independant sea food place. Think Chili's but with $15 plates.
