Zhanna's Day Spa

They did a horrible job on manicure- I requested a french manicure and within hours it had already began chipping and it looked so bad by the following morning I just had to take it all off completely. I called to provide the feedback and the owner said it was my fault I didn't let it dry long enough. The nail tech told me I was ok to leave and sat with my nails under the "drying lamp" for more than 15 minutes. DO NOT go here- there are so many other places that are polite and do a much better job!…

Slowest and worst result I have ever had! I spent 3 1/2 hours there getting my nails and hair done. I wanted highlights and lowlights and now I have after just 6 days almost completed faded out pink hair which was supposed to be dark red and dark coffee with bright blondes blended through out. It looks awful and after spending $183.00 and not to mention my nail polish chipped off in two hours. Never go here!!! Very cheap and un-professional product!!!!…

I love Zhanna's Day Spa, it is the best place to go I bought hair product their and there price is so great it is cheaper than in stores and I bought a whole lot of hair product by Morrocanoil and they are like the only spa with Morraconoil. I went to other places before and none have treat me with so much pleasure then in Zhanna's. Before I went to the nail place across and they messed up my nails very badly and I had big gush of blood on my foot I will never go their again. I also went to the hair studio place next to T-mobile and they actually burned my roots and I had lost so much hair because of them. But when I went to Zhanna's it was heaven. I don't know who does not like them but they need serious phsycological help. I got my hair, nails, massage, facial, and waxing done their. When I got my massage it was very dreamy. The girl who did me was phenominal. She had very soft relaxing hands. Then I got my facial by Zhanna and my skin is very hideous, I has so many pimples and scars and within a week they all disappeared after the facial but of course I used the French product she said to use and it was worth it. Next she gave me a wax for my brows and they did not hurt at all. Usually when I wax it hurts like crazy because the orientals really rush through it all of the time. Then I got my nails done. A perfect combo of Manicure and Pedicure which was gorgeous the ever unlike the nail salon across from them Zhanna was spectacular and had smooth hands she actually understood what I wanted and how I wanted to get pampered. Then it came to my hair I got it cut and colored. First I asked for highlights and lowlights to be a dark cherry red. Which she matched it better then I imagined it. Then while it was my proccesing time I had the best coffe in the world. It was much better then Mcdonalds and Starbucks combined. It then came to cut my hair and I said I wanted a trim because I like my hair long and she trimed only a little bit of my hair which is exactly what I wanted. Then it came to pay and I was so relaxed and the young man who was the receptionist was so polite and gave me an amazing price of $150 for all of the services and $100 for the product so I speant a total of $250 for everything and whoever thinks that is expensive are cheap bastards. I loved every second of it and I will come back every week at least once and get pampered again and you should too.…
