no customer service or satisfaction. Do not go here to get your tattoo. The staff is incompetent and the artists have little to no people skills, let alone customer service skills. I was supposed to get a touch up included with my tattoo and not only had to reschedule the appointment after I got to the shop and the artist had left - no one bothered to call me and let me know - but my rescheduled appointment wasn't even on their system when I showed up for my touch up the second time! And I was told that I could "wait" around to see if the artist (John, BTW) could "fit me in." I don't have all night to wait around and hope that he'll have enough free time to do a touch up. Then he was completely rude about the whole thing, saying that I pretty much did not need a touch up and I told him that it was not what I expected and I wanted more dimension and he said that there really wasn't much he could do because he did what the picture looked like. I am an artist as well, not in tattoos, but I still know art enough to know that you are allowed to deviate from the picture! That's what makes it unique! So to sum up, they screwed me over not once, but twice on my scheduled appointment, made it clear that they did not want to do the touch up, showed little concern for the fact that I have a permanent piece of art on my body that I was not completely satisfied with, and took my money without providing any sort of customer service.
