Poor Service. My experience was not a good one at this office or with Dr. Cote. Dr. Cote appeared not to be very interested or diligent. I felt as if I was more of a hassle for him and the staff because I was a non-surgical patient. And, I was kept waiting quite a long time both times I say Dr. Cote - over 45 minutes one time with no explanation or apology. I have since switcehd to another ENT who was able to get to the real problem easily and I am much better. I know I would not have gotten there with Dr. Cote. View Less …
Dr. Cote - Best Doctor. I saw Dr. Cote for a deviated septum which ultimately lead to nasal and sinus surgery. Dr. Cote has been fantastic! What I like most is his excellent bedside manner; calm, cool, reassuring and I never felt rushed when visiting with him. I feel like he really listened to what I had to say about my condition and worked through the best possible options for me. I wish I could see Dr. Cote for all of my medical needs! View Less …
pain and relief. I had a 1yr long health problem ended up at skyridge hospital the associates did find out the problem but the extra surgery cost and the doctor who didint want to answer my question becase he said he had only ten minutes to deal with me , the surgery cost 4 times the amount iI paid for sinus surgery 3 times before and I was unaware because he had special machines that were not cover and noone bought this up hopefully this surgery will last I paid enough for it. Mixed feelings. My sister had her tonsils out with Dr. Dragul, and the surgery seems to have gone smoothly, however Dr. Draguls bedside manner and the knowledge of his staff leaves much to be desired. To start, we were not given any pre op instructions. This was the first surgery either of us have had, and so understandably my mom had a lot of questions for the dr. Not only did he act extremely put out in answering these questions, but when she called the office to ask about a medicine, the nurse told her to use one thing, and as soon as the dr was told what my mom got, he was upset she had gotten it! My sister nor the recovery nurses were told of a splint put in her nose, so during recovery it was almost yanked out without knowing what it was, and during her first post op visit, the dr told her he had removed the stitch in her nose, but then yanked it out right before she left, trying to cover the fact he had forgotten it was there! I'm glad my sister is healing alright, but I can't help think things couldve gone smoother, and I would ABSOLUTELY not reccomend this dr to anyone. View Less …
