Food - good. Service - good. Bar service - slow.. Food is good, espwcially the personal size pizza. I like the thin and crispy crust. Actually everything I've had has been good - appetizers (doughy pretzels) and calzones and larger thin crust pizzas - not too much of anything, a well-balanced blend of cheese, meat and sauce.

The bar service is slow at best. Most of the wait staff is good and quite sociable - have had one waitress who is a bit standoffish and heard others say the same. Overall, the food is good, the bar service mediocre and most wait persons are quick and friendly.

What drew me to the establishment was Wednesday night trivia which they have just eliminated. The explanation form the manager was that Saturday was so much better. Duh! Saturday is better everywhere, naturally. The woman who does Saturday trivia is harsh - hard to understand with way too much volume in the mic. Otherplayers have mentioned it also but she seems to disregard their comments. I'll now go elsewhere for my trivia.

Hearty pizzas, an extensive beer selection and sports on TVs make this a casual hangout for large groups.. In Short
This neighborly pizza-and-subs restaurant is a sports lovers' haven, with its plasma TVs, numerous beer signs and Chicago sports team paraphernalia. But the casual, tavern-like vibe also draws groups of professionals, families and couples who sit in overstuffed booths to enjoy steaming deep dish. As the night goes on, younger crowds mingle while enjoying a selection of over 110 beers.
