I have been to this restaurant 5 times and the service has always been slow but the food has always been exceptional until last weekend. We ordered the coconut shrimp & one of the breaded shrimp was completely raw. We decided not to say anything thinking that this was just a fluke. My meal came and about 5 bites in, I discovered a hair that was obviously not mine. I told the waitress about it when she finally came back, she apologized saying sometimes things just fall into the food; she took 15% off our bill and gave us a scratch off coupon for our next visit. Considering that my meal was inedible and barely touched, I felt that they should have comp'ed my meal or offered to make a fresh one without the hair, but they did neither stating 15% off was the best they could do. I will not be returning to this restaurant again due to the poor customer service; it was only a $10 entree but it is the principle...
