I had been craving a steak and Summit exceeded my expectations. They brought my steak on a sizzling plate so it stayed hot through the whole meal. It was cooked medium rare and I had the blue cheese. My husband had the salmon and enjoyed it. It is pricey so we will save for special occasions.

As a special treat my husband took me to the Aurora Summit. He claimed it was the best steak ever. Mine was undercooked--like still mooing on the plate. I wanted it medium-rare, but it was so thick a cut that the outside got burned and the inside was still cold and bloody. It was a terribly expensive meal to be so disappointing. My husband swears it was a fluke, but I don't want to go back because I can't afford to pay another $150 for the two of us to eat to find out if this is the new quality instead of a one-time thing.
