These people have been harassing my father for MONTHS. Our landline has been called NONSTOP as has my father's cell phone. When answered, people are RUDE and unprofessional. We all live in IL and they have NO business calling as it is. If it doesn't stop, we WILL be filing a court case for harassment!! My father has a very demanding work schedule and has a shoulder injury. They even called when my father was in physical therapy for this injury! I answered the landline 10 minutes ago, and the woman I spoke to was extremely snippy and very rude! She even had the NERVE to tell me that even if he has physical therapy that that is NOT an excuse! I was tempted to just hang up. If they call you even once DO NOT answer, it just DOES NOT stop. This is a very HORRIBLE, UNORGANIZED company.

Rude and they called me about my neighbor!. They called me about my neighbor - which is illegal. When I asked who they were they got rude and hung up. I called back - immediate hang up.. Tried again and I asked that I be put on the do not call list. Looked them up online and they are known for being rude and nasty...AVOID

Very rude! Unprofessional doesn't begin to describe!. Was called by this company. After he asked to speak with me I asked who he was. He said "I am the guy calling on the account for *** that you aren't going to pay." I asked him if he knew why I wasn't going to pay. He said because I was worthless garbage. I told him I am on disability and that is why I can't pay or else I would have paid and it would have never gone to collections and he informed me that maybe I should not have gotten a credit card if I was on disability. I said I didn't know I was going to be disabled when I got the card and asked to speak to his manager. He said "Its nice to want things. I want you to pay your bill, who do you think is going to get what they want first?" Again I asked to speak to his manager and he hung up on me. I left out many of the insults and rudeness that I got from him. I don't see how they expect to ever collect anything when they start off rude from the very beginning.

Unprofessional and Rude. Yrs ago my daughter and I were both on a BOA credit card. I was authorized user. Fast forward to June 09, I filed Chapter 13 and listed them as a creditor. They filed a claim and I have been paying since. Two days ago they call my daughter saying they haven't received payments. Told us doesn't matter that I filed Bankruptcy as I was only an authorized user, so they could go afte rmy daughter. I said no they can't because they filed a claim. They said, so what, they haven't been paid since May 09. Not my fault. They continue to call my daughter even though they have my case # and attorneys #. That is not right.

1-866-378-7188 CFG Mailing a cease and desist!. They called me saying a family member used me as a contact. I asked them several times what company was this...first guy hung up! So I hit redial the phone rang and someone picked up and (Click) they hung up again! I called back and this nice kind sounding lady was so sorry the guy had been rude. I asked that they remove my cellphone number from the contact list. She refused said it was listed as one and they could call. I insisted she tell me what company this was...She asked if I had "Power of attorney" to get information from them for this person! ??? Just because someone list your number this company thinks you're to do as they say....BS! Talked to an attorney....tomorrow I'm sending a Cease and Desist letter to them. If they contact me after that I'm calling the attorney and the Attorney General Office too and filing a complaint there.

ILLEGAL - REPORT THEM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL. This company practices illegal and unethical debt collection practices. They are the subject of many lawsuits and are under investigation. DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM. Contact your attorney general immediately. If they call you at work - THIS IS ILLEGAL.

It's time they were shut down.

Pathetic Rude UnProfessional Stupid. I appreciate and recommend good people and companies. I was contacted by this company about a loan account I had already closed. They called my family and friends, and I gave them reference number of bank closing the account (which shut them up) but I got another letter in these words:

Your payment has been received and credited to your account - but what about the balance? ......

That is so unprofessional, and on top of it, I never dealt with this company, so who are they to talk to me like that? That is a law5uit for harassment right there. (and I am seriously considering it).

The person I spoke to on phone (Kevin Kiernan) was very unprofessional and very rude on the phone.

I would only WARN you from using their services.

Unethical. This company is downright RUDE!!!! They were very hostile on the phone and said things that a company should not EVER say over the phone. I am currently in the process of filing a complaint with them.

unethical zombie debt collector. Creditors Financial Group is a company of nasty high school drop out goons who, don't understand what wrong number means. When you try to tell them you arn't the person you and you have no idea who they are they accuse you of being their gay lover.
