Back in 2006 when I left my initial review, this place was a family owned place with great food and service. It has since been sold to another family. Although they made some aesthetic upgrades, the food is now generic and the service is really bad.

I always ordered take-out by phone and picked it up. The lady taking the order NEVER got it right. NEVER. It was simple stuff right off the menu so I never understood the problem. Getting a burrito smothered with their pork green chile is optional. I don't eat pork so I ordered the basic burrito and smothered it with my own homemade chile. Every time she would put the pork chile on my food. First time, I wrote it off as a mistake. Second, 3rd, 4th times I knew she was either a moron or simply did not care.

I made very clear on all occasions that I do not want any chile on anything even emphasizing "no pork, no puerco, no chile!" My boyfriend scolded me for making such a big deal about it, but even after that production, the lady gets it wrong. The final time she goofed it, I threw my take-out container full of pork smothered food back on the counter and walked out. I wish the original family still owned this place. Their food and service were outstanding. This food, while edible, comes along with an annoying waitstaff. I will never go there again.
