Cooper Heating and Cooling have been wonderful. I cannot recommend them enough!! We have had a problem with a humidifier and they are out here that day and fixing it. Great company to use!!

I have been doing business with Cooper
Heating and Cooling since 1992 and they have always done an excellent job. They have done simple repair work to replacing 'builder installed inadequate' duct work, replacing furnace and AC.
Techs are excellent. People you enjoy having in your home.

awesome!. Cooper has done a wonderful job for us. They have worked on two furnaces in our home, and will even be replacing one of them completely under warrenty. We are VERY happy with their work and the two technicians they have sent out.

Excellent Customer Service. I recently called Cooper Heating and Cooling to help out with a no heat call. I called in and a VERY RUDE woman (dee) answered the phone and wouldn't schedule me anything. I called back the next day, cause I still didn't have heat and spoke with a VERY HELPFUL gentleman (gary) who immediately expressed his concern for my problem he got me in that day and the wonderful technician (roger) fixed me up and got me heat.. COOPER IS WONDERFUL........hire more people like Gary and Roger!!!!!! Will use you again and tell everyone I know to use COOPER!!!

poor business practice. I had this company come to my house to do what they called a tune up on my furnace what they actually did was take my furnace apart, show me that it was dirty try to charge me $683.00 to install a thermocouple and clean it. outrageous!!! Thats half the price of a new furnace. so instead they put it back together and did nothing but charged me for the service call. when i called to complain the service manger told me he would look into it and get back with me the following day but never did. this company is not to be trusted. it is a bait and switch scam.

We apologize for your recent experience. We provided a $49 Safety Inspection consisting of a furnace inspection to provide recommendations, differing from our $129 Safety Tune-Up to clean & tune the furnace. The $683 quote included the following services: clean blower wheel, clean blower motor, clean burner assembly and replace the thermocouple. We apologize for our lack of communication & miscommunication, although awareness has allowed us to improve as a team. -Cooper Heating & Cooling
