WOW! From start to finish, they were fantastic!. When my husband suggested we go in this store, I didn't even want to go....was I ever wrong. This store had the best customer service I've ever experienced in a jewelry store, maybe, any store. Our saleperson, Josh Vales, was unparalleled. He was so incredibly helpful, patient, funny, calm, informative and above all, not pushy! We just loved working with him and would definitely ask for him by name. Although, the assistant store manager, Jillian Knotts, was also phenomenal so they obviously place great value in customer service. We purchased a beautiful diamond ring at a great price and how can you beat a lifetime warranty on the diamond and on the ring. My husband researched and their warranty was the most comprehensive of all the warranties we looked at, but they don't even charge for it! It comes standard with the ring! How can you beat that?
