Great place!. After a nightmare at Hancocks, I went to Jo-anns.

What a difference!

1. The sales lady in the sewing machine department (Martha), was so friendly I felt like I was at my Aunties home instead of a store.

2. When I needed material for my Christmas project and was unsure about my measurements the cutting counter went above and beyond to assist me.

My experience at this store has me excited about this project and future projects as well. Thank you for treating me with respect and friendliness :-D
