I LOVE Coet & Coet CPAs! I came to them as a new client a couple of months ago. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and prompt with answers to all of my questions. I had problems with a couple of prior years returns. The people at Coet & Coet CPAs took my information and contacted the IRS on my behalf and turned the situation around completely! My previous CPA had made a huge mistake on a couple my returns, and Coet & Coet found the errors and fixed them. I ended up getting additional money back instead of having to pay the IRS! After several years of using Coet & Coet to file my taxes it is time to move on. High turnover at their office resulted in very slow responses and seldom was I able to talk to the same person twice. Further, despite having all of my paperwork they filed for an extension without telling me because the work wasn't complete. I sent my paperwork to them in February, it's May 6 and my taxes still aren't filed.…
Worst service ever. They have had all of my info complete for months and still haven't filed my taxes. Something had is going on here because they are losing staff right and left. The ball has been dropped so many times and they are insisting on payment before completing my taxes??? I've been going here 10 yrs and my accountant left them now I'm left hanging. Do NOT hire Coet and Coet.…
Coet and Coet is terrific!. I first discovered Coet2 several years ago, after I got a letter from the IRS saying that I owed them $10,000 in unpaid taxes. Knowing this wasn't true, but not sure what I did wrong when I filed my taxes, I went to Chris Johnson at Coet2. Chris not only determined that I did NOT owe the IRS the $10K, but she determined they THEY actually owed ME $2,500! Ever since then, I've been hooked. Chris does my personal taxes every year. Additionally, in the summer of 2010, I quit my job and started my own business. Chris helped me determine how much money I could expect to earn from the business and advises me on all my business financial matters, Barb Arnold runs my payroll and ensures that I pay all my payroll taxes correctly and on time, and John Coet helped me set up a retirement plan and manages some of my retirement funds.
