WORST Customer Service EVER!. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. My husband and I have not been to Denny's in many years. We decided to go after receiving a gift card. The waitress was extremely rude while taking our order. I did not want cheese on an omelette and wanted to substitue potatoes for bacon, etc.. She was very annoyed and confrontational that I had asked to make any changes and was not accommodating at all. After taking our order, she sat down 2 tables away and started eating in a very rude manner with her hands. Then, the whole dining room heard the waitress telling the chef that our order was "a pain in the ass" because she was shouting from the kitchen. We just got up and left at that point because of such horrible service. The entire restaurant was also very dirty. The roof was caving in around the entry-way. We were also harassed by beggars when we left the restaurant. I have never had an experience where I felt like I wanted to cry because of the horrible service...this was the first time. DO NOT GO HERE!
