We have been using Doggie Styles for over 3 years. I have a 6 year old German Shepherd and I would never take her anywhere else and believe me this dog is like my child!!! Ive NEVER had a bad experience with anyone there. I would HIGHLY recommend Doggie Styles!!!!!!! You guys ROCK!!
- Pros: very friendly, fair pricing and stay within time frame
- Cons: none
Dog butchers

We have a labradoodle and like to keep her coat long. With all of the moisture this winter she became matted, so we took her to doggie styles yesterday and figured they would need to cut it fairly short. Here's what happened.
1. I dropped her off at 9:00 am they told me it would take 4 hours. I called at 1:30 pm and was informed that she was "half-done". (She was not completed until 3:45pm!)
2. They never quoted me a price for services (I should have asked, but figured it would be comprable to the $50 we usually pay)
3. The woman who groomed her was less than friendly when I dropped off my dog, my gut told me just to take my dog and walk out... but I then convinced myself that I was being paranoid and my dog would be fine.
4. When I walked in to pick her up, the same rude woman said nothing but "It's $70.00". When my dog came out I was in shock to find that she was nearly bald! Her hair in most places is at best 1/4 inch long! In others you can see her reddend skin. Yet, there are 3 or 4 spots on her that are about 3/4 inch-1 inch long. The really disturbing issue over the hack hair cut is THEY CUT HER TUSH RIGHT ON THE HOLE (this program did not allow me to use the technical name of this area but you get the point)! Additionally, they buzzed off her eyelashes!
They hadn't blown off the hair after shaving her, so I didn't notice the cut until this morning.
She is clearly in pain. I called Doggie Styles this morning to complain and request a refund, but received no answer.
DO NOT TAKE YOUR DOG HERE!!! I should have stuck with PetSmart. In fact the only reason we went here was that they claimed to know what to do with Labradoodles.
- Pros: none
- Cons: Cut my dog, buzzed her bald and left random long pieces, expensive, and didn't stay within time frame
