Worst Service. My dining experience was horrible. I wanted to go out with my business partners and recommended trying this restaurant. Now I feel really sorry I opened my mouth.

We were served by a waitress who claims to have worked at this same restaurant for 25 years! However, when I tried to order something from the menu she told me she didn't know that was. Not only that... she became combative with me and said they have never had that in her 25 years of working there! I could see it on the menu with my own eyes!!!!

Let me explain.... she wasn't saying they were out of that entree... she was saying that it didn't exist! When I showed her the menu she told me I was saying something different while I repeated myself at least a dozen times.

In short this waitress was a compulsive liar! Steer clear of this restaurant!

Great food, Horrible service. I have been a customer off and on since they opened, must be 30+ years now. I have always enjoyed the food, the Tacorito has been a favorite of mine since I was young. The service was horrible, and will likely drive me away again for a while, until the experience fades and I decide to give it another try. I was told by the cocktail waitress, when I voiced my concern when I was being cashed out, that she didn’t care that my service was lousy. When I spoke to the manager, the only thing I was told was that he would talk to the waitress about the incident. Never did they apologize for the bad service.

I guess that explains why at 5 PM on a Saturday night, there was no wait for a table, and had few customers. In all it took two hours for us to complete our meal, and in that time we received one drink re fill.

Better than TEXMEX. Love this place, has the best green chili, I visit eveytime I come to Colorado. I want one in Granbury, TX

tacorito yum!. Love this restaurant and crave the tacorito. Not the best atmosphere but, the food is worth it...

MachoMargaritas. We've been dining at Holly West for 25 years. Their food is consistently good and their customers come back again and again. The green chile is the best and their Tacorito can't be beat! Now if they could just make a decent chile relleno...
