They dont know how to put your car back together, the paint is "OK" though.
I had to go back at least 6 times. A lot of black finger prints all over my headliner. Interior plastic panels werent installed correctly. I could see my airbag and i can jiggle the part easily
with 1 finger. They didnt use all the clips they were suppose to use. They installed the shock strut for the hatch wrong. They put the Right one on the Left!!! and vice versa. I am the one who found out what was wrong with it because the hatch door was sooo heavy and opened soo high. (i thought they were a pro). They also put the light bulb for my tail lights at the wrong place so when I stepped on the brake, the blinker turned on!!!
I am not that picky of a person. I didnt even complain about the paint because honestly I could have (found some flaws). But really, it was a nightmare! They clean the car after repair but didnt even bother clean the inside. My car smell like smoke, paint dust everywhere, metal shaving everywhere, fingerprints everywhere. Yes, they did take care all of the mistakes they did but I lost a lot of my valuable time because I had to leave work early or come to work late. I was there at least 6 X (i think more).…
