I've taken all my cars to B's for about
20 years now and they've been a great group of guys. They have kept my 96 Bronco on the road when it should probably be in the junkyard. My Bronco has over 250,000 miles on it and they deserve the credit for that.
Mike Gray
Professional, expert, prompt service. I love B's. A friend told me about them about 8 years ago, and i've used them for a number of fixes on my 1995 jeep cherokee sport. Always fair, professional, polite, and patiently explain all work needed and why before charging. I always feel good about leaving my car there. I like their 'road trip blessing' package that gives the car a good once over at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a good, honest & reliable mechanic.
Most trusted mechanics I've met in Denver.
Since I've moved here in '99, I've looked around for a reliable mechanic in the area. Growing up I had my idea of what to look for...honesty, integrity, and knowledge since this is what my hometown mechanic did....done right the first time at a fair price.
I used a few mechanics but felt like I was cheated. My Jeep Cherokee broke down one day (fuel sensor) and I took a chance. Not only did they do an excellent job but recommended my towing prospect and put everything on one bill!
I've only worked with Mike and Sean but would recommend them and this business to anyone. After speaking to friends, they were surprised I didn't use them all along since they were also loyal customers.
I've used B's Auto for the last five years and will continue to do so. In this day and age, you need to be assured you get it done right the first time and they have my confidence...which will everyone looking for your business is hard to do these days.
The things that impressed me in closing are their fair price, their communication (they called and asked my permission and quoted me the cost every time) and last but not least, the fact that they tell me what's real good with my Jeep, what I might need to replace in the next year, and what I need to fix soon (never had to fix anything soon). I DID double check their recommendations the first visit (new customer being prudent), and they were spot on, although the other place said a few things about them as well that were highly respectful, which surprised me them telling me the competition (B's) was a great place to get auto service.
They've earned my loyalty, and they'll earn yours.
The best place for repairs and inspections.
I have been going to B's for several years now. A manger of a Minke could not help me and recommended them. He said when he was stumped, that was where he turned. I have never been disappointed. I have had them help me bye all three of my kids first cars (used) and all three have well over 150,000 miles on them sense we bought them and still running strong. They have helped me maintain my cars and trucks with great service.
These people really care about you the person and work hard to serve you in every way they can. I turned my in laws on to them some time back and this last year they not only serviced there car but also offered!!! to service there snowblower before the winter came. Upon returning it to there home they saw that his garden wagon had a flat and repaired it also.
What a great shop and group of people!!!!!
RE: Nate L.'s posting.
This posting was just brought to my attention. With all due respect Nate we take umbrage with your posting.
With 128,000 miles on your Mitsubishi Lancer, it is not unusual to find your inner tie rod ends worn to the point of needing replacement. After speaking to the Firestone store that told you of your worn parts, we could not determine what you were quoted. I did however get some information of interest to our readers. Purchasing inner tie rod ends from the Mitsubishi dealer cost $82.57 each; that would be $116.14. Tax would be $12.96. Together that is $178.10. That would leave approximately $100.00 (of the $400 Nate spoke of) for labor.
The Mitsubishi dealer will replace both inner tie rod ends and align the vehicle, parts, labor, and tax complete for $505.14 plus 124.94 for a 4 wheel alignment.
Firestone will repair inner tie rod ends and align the vehicle for $448.00 or with a lifetime alignment for $522.00
Following the industry standard Mitchell or All Data labor guides, the suggested labor is approximately 4.0 hours., suggesting the steering gear assembly should be removed to gain access to the inner tie rod ends. Alignment is a separate operation.
If you were serious about our service with a smile, that would indicate that we are willing and approachable for a discussion. It is not rude to question an estimate, it is rude however to authorize the repair price and then post a review like yours, without allowing us to explain our estimate.
B’s Auto did the job, replacing the inner tie rod ends you supplied, for $245.59. Please feel free to contact B’s for any clarifications, estimates, maintenance or repairs. Regardless of what you drive or who is doing the work, B’s is proud to help educate anyone with questions they might have. After 23 years in business we have always stood behind our services, and warranty any work we do. 303-789-2601.
