EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!! Had my VW repaired & serviced in a timely manner. The technicians are very professional & knowledgeable. This is the cleanest automotive repair shopI have ever been in, & for a diesel repair facility, that says alot! I received my vehicle after repairs before the allowed repair time which was impressive. They also steam-cleaned my engine for FREE! I understand why they have been in business for over 20 years. They do it right! PDI will be the only shop I trust with my vehicle & I will refer all to Progressive Diesel !!!!!!

PLEASE DO NOT USE this shop for any repairs!!! On top of the extremely poor cusomer service, I would have to say is the worst shop in Colorado. They installed the Bulletproof system on my truck and I have found more bolts that never got tightened down and had leaks after I got truck back. They also messed up a big area of my A/C compressor by crushing the coolong fins flat. I have had to spend over $500.00 getting thigs fixed that they messed up or didn't take the time to finish the job correctly. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this shop non the less a friend or family member. Oh and if you do take your vehicle to them and they tell you that they should have it done in 2-3 days you better plan on atleast a week and a number of miles put on it. They put 68 mile on my truck and say they were road testing it to confirm everything working correctly not to mention the fuel they went through. I don't even come close to using that kinda fuel pulling a heavy load in the mountains. I hope this helps save someone from getting the service I did.

I bought my son's 1998 Dodge diesel from a mechanic that I trusted. We originally found Progressive Diesel searching for emissions testing. They were very timely & professional & inexpensive then, and were very nice to work with. As more issues presented themselves with the truck, Joe was thorough, and patient, helping us determine all that needs to be done, and also prioritizing it both as "potential for bigger issues" and as a parent wanting their child safe. I absolutely recommend Progressive Diesel for service on a light-duty diesel

A very professional shop. I had a very good experience with these folks. I needed emissions for my Dodge and I felt I was treated fairly and paid only the expected price. So I can't reconcile the experience of the more negative reviews.

Furthermore, Joe took the time to discuss the care and maintenance requirements of my truck in great detail. I was very impressed by his knowledge and experience. I also appreciated that he went out of his way not to be pushy or "hard sell" me on services or parts.

On the basis of this experience, I've since decided to bring all my regular maintenance business for my truck to Progressive.

I highly recommend them.

Please DO NOT get your emissions done here!!!!. On top of the extremely poor customer service experienced by the front counter lady, they ripped me off. This may be one of the cheapest places to get your deisel emissions done but I would spend the extra $10 and go somewhere else.

A rating is required but they do not deserve one.
