I came here right after work and when I arrived at about 5pm, there was nobody here and it continued to not be crowded. So this is a good place to go right after work. I used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time, but this Grease Monkey location is now closer. The price for the full service oil change is comparable to Jiffy Lube, and it seemed like they listed the same basic services for that price. They estimated it would take only ten minutes for my service, which they were right about. However, one of my tires had looked like it was a little low on air before I arrived, and it still looked a little low on air when I inspected it at home. So I think they skipped the step of checking my tire pressure. Which irritated me because that's part of what goes into the price. I expected them to do the typcial "look how dirty this filter looks you should spend an extra $10 to replace it" bit. Instead of doing that, they recommended a cooling system flush. I told them I had just had that done within the last couple of years. They told me that it was recommended to be performed every six months. I said that's ridiculous. And they insisted. So I told them no thanks. I doubt that I will come back to this location, which is a shame because it's so convenient. But I just don't trust them to perform a "FULL" service oil change, and I definitely don't trust them to not try to rip me off.
