My husband and I are new to the area and live right down the road from the restaurant. Our first time there wasn't so great. For our salad course, we weren't offered cracked black pepper like our neighbors. It took over 15 minutes for my husband's entree to come out, and it took 25 minutes for mine. Our server apologized for the long wait and said it was due to a new menu, but I ordered off the Evening's Specials menu. During this time, we had to ask for bread and water. I realize it was a busy Friday night, but it was very frustrating to constantly ask. We noticed it didn't take very long for our neighbor's entrees to come out after their salad course, and they were offered fresh parmesan cheese and cracked pepper. I felt our server forgot about us, and the service went downhill from there when she realized she wouldn't make very good money from our table. I want to note, she was VERY quick in bringing us our check and processing our credit card!

What a dissapointment. Avoid. I was so excited to visit this restaurant given the reviews. I regret spending so much money here and wish I had gone with my instinct to turn around when we pulled up and saw the front. The portions were tiny, the prices ASTRONOMICAL. The salads were $8 and were about the size of a $1.99 side salad you'd get anywhere else.

The wait staff is so pretentious and rude, they couldn't be bothered to help us or check on us.

There are just too many good restaurants to waste your time (and MONEY!) at this over-priced place.

The worst dining experience I have every had.. We went with our 1 year old son and another couple and their child. When I called to make the reservation I let them know that we were bringing two children and they said that they were more than welcome. However when we arrived they were less than pleased and made us feel very unwelcome because of the children, who were very good and quiet the entire time. We told the waitress that we each had a deal before we ordered and asked if we could please have separate checks. After we each paid and left the restaurant we chatted for a few minutes outside before getting in our cars. A woman came out and started yelling at us saying that we stole from her. At first we were very confused as we didn't know who she was, or what she could possibly be talking about. She then turned her anger toward our friend accusing him of sneaking in his deal in his bill and running out the restaurant to avoid paying what he really owed. Both of us paid the full amount as well as tipped 15% on the total bill before the deal was taken off. She yelled and accused a little longer before heading back inside. We considered the confrontation over and talked for about another minute by our cars trying to get over the shock. I was putting my son int he car when a man came out yelling saying that he was calling the police because we stole from him. In addition to this accusation being completely ridiculous he was doing it in front of a crowd of people who were trying to enter the restaurant. He started writing down our license plates, and his voice was raised even more. I was afraid for myself and my child.

In addition to the wait staff being extremely unfriendly, the shrimp dish has left my husband feeling very ill since we arrived home. I ordered the potato leek soup and a spinach salad. No where on the menu was the soup listed as chilled. The first spoonfull was off-putting and didn't really seem to get better. The portions although small had great presentation, but the flavor profile was off no way justified the sticker price. All in all I would say that it was the worst dinng experience that I have ever had.

Authentic Italian. I have never been to Olive Garden or Macaroni Grill but I have been to Italy and I have been to Pesce Fresco. Both times my wife and I have been here we were impressed with the food as well as the service. We have lived in the Denver area for five years and have tried many independant restaurants (we don't usually support chains) like Barolo, Locanda del Borga, and Bonnanos places. Pesce Fresco is as good if not better. I have not had better seafood in Denver (maybe Sushi Den). Halibut Cheeks were so good. My wife had a pork tenderloin that reminded us of a dish we tried in a restuarant in Peidmonte a few years ago.

Pesce Fresco makes Olive Garden look good.. Food was horrible along with service. Apparantly the Chef bit his tounge the waitress informed us half an hour into waiting and as a result I waited for an hour for spaghetti if that is what you want to call it. Did I mention service was horrible and I will never go to this restaraunt again nor recommend it. In my opinion this restaraunt deserves half a star for the host.
