Del Frisco's prides itself on hand-cut aged prime beef, Australian lobster tails, creamy salad dressings and homemade desserts. Entrees feature huge cuts of beef on plates hot enough to overcook the meat. The tastiest choices are the tender filet mignon or seafood. Finish with dense, rich cheesecake or strawberries Romanov.

Easily the best steak house in Colorado! The servers take excellent care of you and the food is unbelievable. Try the Fillet Mignon with the garlic mashed potatoes and you'll be in heaven. World class service with ambiance galore.

I've been dining at Del Friscos every week for at least one time per week for about a year now. I've been to many steakhouses around the country in my day and without a doubt Del Friscos is the best! Many things set them apart from others. Their filet mignon is phenomenal! It literally melts in your mouth. At least it seems like it does it is that good! They bring it out to you on an extremely hot plate that is sizzling and keeps the steak warm and the juices inside the meat. The serve the side items for you when they bring the food to the table, definately a class act. That's what really sets them apart. The Service. No restaurant touches them here. I've been to Cherry Creek restaurants and they are too stuck up for the most part that they do not care about the customer. Not Del Friscos. From the hostesses all the way up to the management you are treated like Gold at their restaurant. This is why I continue to come back every week and sometimes 2-3 times a week. A complete team effort with the best steaks money can buy. If you want a great steak and be taken care of then Del Friscos is your place to be!----John Schiffner

Not familiar with Del Frisco's, a friend told us to try a new place in the Denver Tech Center. What an incredible surprise from the Valet to the greeting from the host when we arrived, it was a great experience. Even though the restaurant was packed, they made sure to seat us promptly for our reservation. Our server was very prompt in getting to the table and was quick to get our cocktails. While we looked over the amazing wine list, the server returned to complete his greeting with some great recommendations (Seafood Plateau) incredible! Dinner was everything we were told it would be and more, from the amazing steaks and the great sides. After dinner they suggested we try the cigar lounge, another room packed with people and energy, we were able to get a seat and enjoy the live music. Overall experience was great and highly recommended! Will be back.
