Don't waste your lunch hour.
After being seated, my lunch date and I waited 15 minutes for our order to be taken. The restaurant was not very busy, so I am not sure what took so long. Drinks were brought to the table but they were never refilled during the meal. Our waitress went MIA and the food was brought out by another person. The food, a burger and a reuben sandwich, was cold. We finished the meal and waited with empty drink glasses for ten minutes until we flagged someone down to get our check. I felt bad because I had taken my friend there for her birthday. The food was lousy and the service was marginal. We won't be returning.

Park Meadows Mall location of the Rock Bottom chain gives south Denver suburbanites a chance for brewpub adventure..
In Short
The setting includes dark woods, brass and upscale faux-vintage touches. The large crowds range from shoppers and local families to couples on dates and business folk. Dining here delivers just what you'd expect in a well-run chain: consistent plates of pastas, meat and sandwiches. The New York strip and other beefy items are grilled to order. House-brewed suds delight--lighter beers please mainstream drinkers, while the brown ale and stout excite craft-beer fans.
