We bought a 2013 Outback from Ann
Marie-- Great purchasing experience-- we got a very fair price and she made the transaction both fun and easy. She has a very personable, no pressure style and was very responsive throughout the whole process-- helping us to get exactly what we wanted. Would recommend her to anyone.
Worst customer service experience ever
not just with a car service department. I have to return for a 5th trip for a recall which should have been done in one trip. Things like telling me the wrong length of time, after the test "do not drive if fails" then denying it was said, having to call National as they never ordered the part, turns out "do not drive if fails" was true and National gave us a rental car, and now, the work was not done completely according to my mechanic. Giving us less than two hours notice on a Friday afternoon to return the rental car ("or you will be charged the daily rate") was unbelievable. The service manager, Ken Burns, could not have been more rude to my husband. Why would we now want to use them for any service work?
Not right the first time... but they are trying!.
This is an update- these guys failed to fix my car the first time I brought it in, but they seem to be genuinely trying to make that right for me thus far. They are working with us to keep me from being without a car while they look for a solution. They may not get it right the first time, but they seem to be making a genuine effort to make things right for me, so they are moving up in my book. I'll update again when everything is completed!
I bought a car recently from Go Subaru and worked with Jenny and her manager Courtney, not sure of the spelling of their names. I had a wonderful experience. Jenny was so attentive and patient with me. I had the same Toyota for YEARS and was interested in buying a new car. She got to know me as a person on a couple test drives that day. I left the dealership to go home and think about the cars she had shown me and she said she would call me the next day. The next day she called and said she had a list of cars she thought I would be interested in. I worked with Jenny over the next month, trying to decide whether or not I actually wanted to buy a new car. I am actually kind of cheap and couldn't justify the money lost after just driving off the lot. After all the searching, she did not give up on me. She called me and told me I had to come in and test drive a car she thinks would be perfect for me. She was honest with me and told me that it it wasn't like the cars I had been telling her I wanted to look at, but she was so sure that I went in the next day. I am VERY happy I did. I LOVE my car. She really listened to me and what my lifestyle is like and picked a car for me I wouldn't have considered for myself. Courtney, her manager, and Jenny worked with me on the price of my new (Used) car and gave me an awesome price on my trade-in! I am so happy with my car and love driving it everyday. I am also so grateful to Jenny for being patient with me and understanding what I wanted and what would fit me.
