We only go here for the Chicago dogs as my wife is from Chicago and this is the closest we can get out here. Not only do they have the poppy seed buns, but they even have the bright green relish. If you are looking for a real Chicago dog, this is your only and best option.

Worst Italian Beef In CO!!!!. I am from Chicago and with that said I had zero expectations for Chicago Mikes! Yet they were still able to disappoint me! I order "DA" Italian Beef wet... So there interpretation of wet is juice on the side! That is not what wet means!!!! Also the beef tasted absolutely awful! I was eating my sandwich and the taste was so familiar I just could not place it then it came to me my Beef Sandwich tasted like Tuna!! Which is weird considering they do not even serve fish! So I thought I would let them know hey something is wrong with your food it tastes like crap and they advised they do not serve fish and hung up. So needless to say I would not recommend this place to anyone! If you have eaten in Chicago don't go here you will be greatly disappointed!

A regular for months now. I've been going to Chicago Mike's almost on a weekly basis since February this year. I can't find anywhere nearby with a better Italian Beef.

Besides, it's always nice to walk in and have my order remembered.

Good Eats!. Super friendly staff, unique and delicious pizza, and the Italian beef and meatball sandwiches are pretty dynamite as well.

They Didn't Even Kiss Me First!. The food was just ok. But I'll tell you what - I bought 2 brats and some onion rings and it came to over eighteen dollars.

Way too highly priced. Astronomical, in fact. They didn't even kiss me before they - well, you know.

Best pizza anywhere in Colorado. It is absolutely the best pizza I have had since I worked in an Italian restaurant that made pizza's by hand. I will never be anle to order a pizza from anywhere else again. Thin crust and delicious. It also helps that the owner is always there and very eager to please. One recent Saturday he wasn't open yet 10:00 AM, but I had a craving. He said he would be ready by 10:20 if I was interested. Thanks for everything.

I miss Chicago!!. This is where I go to get my Chicago fix - Chicago dogs, Italian beef and they also have the most amazing pizza. It is a thinner crust and ok, I don't know how to describe it otherwise but it is just wonderful. They make their own sausage and have daily specials. The also have Fannie May Mint Meltaways :-). Since I work in the tech center I go here often and the owner and kitchen crew are so friendly.
