My child has been attending Belle's and Beau's Academy for the past two years and I absolutely love this place! The teachers are attentive, loving, and well educated - PLUS they all really get to know each family on an individual basis. We really feel part of their family and it shows with our children because they are so relaxed and learning so much in the preschool programs. We also appreciate the importance of physical play at our center The preschool kids are out for one full hour every morning (weather permitting) and half an hour in the evening. We're an active family and we love the physical education piece. In our opinion, it's a one of a kind place for families.

Money Hungry. I paid a deposit with the Rampart location at Belle's & Beau's on my lunch hour and that same day my husband told me his work schedule would be changing so we would not need to bring her there. I called the same day to see if I could get the deposit back and they told me that was non-refundable... Talk about money hungry.

Hubby had to call and explain the legallity of not having something signed stating it was non-refundable and after the girl called the owner we will be getting our refund back.

In my opinion they should have done it as good customer service since I did call literally 3 hours later

Steer Clear of this Childcare!!!!!. Belles and Beaus is the worst run daycare facility that I have ever worked in. I was a teacher there for 2 years it was not a good experience. The director and the front office people were very unprofessional. They love gossip and have favorites. They are very unfair with the way they treat their staff. They will allow the teachers to be over ratio without even caring. I would never recommend anyone takes their children here. Also the owner has been notified numerous times of these terrible things going on and he doesn't do anything to change it. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD TO BELLES AND BEAUS AT RAMPART!!!!!!!!!

My daughter has bonded with all her teachers. My daughter has been at Belle's & Beau's for 3 years now and loves it. Belle's & Beau's is her second home. She has really bonded with all of her teachers. She has learned so much there and has grown so much. She formed friendships with the kids and has grown with them. The staff is friendly and truly cares about the kids. The teachers communicated well with me to make sure our experience there was enjoyable.

Safe & Educational Environment for Kids. My kids attend Belle's & Beau's Academy. What I really love about the center is the wonderful teachers and kids. My kids have learned so much in the years they have been coming here. They have learned how to read and respect for others. I really feel this is a safe and educational environment for kids.

Very Disappointed. I was really disappointed with the environment at Belles & Beaus Academy. Some of the teachers lacked the skill and ability to deal with students, even though they claimed to have several years experience dealing with kids. Looked like the emphasis was more on making more money than caring for the kids. They were not willing to work with kids who needed some help adjusting to the new environment. We were happy with the other facility my son attended later on and I am glad that I moved my son out of Belle & Beaus. I wouldn't recommend Belles & Beaus Academy if you are sincerely interested in the nurture and well being of your children.

Quality Loving Care. Our family has had quality, loving care for our two older children for the past three years. We are excited for our newest addition to begin attending this summer! We find comfort in knowing that the teachers are qualified, experienced and very welcoming.

Caring and loving feeling. My child has been at Belle's and Beau's for 4 years now and I am nothing but happy. My son is special needs and it was very hard to choose a school for him. Belle's and Beau's staff never even looked at him differently and welcome him like any other child. There's a very caring and loving feeling there and that's what a parent should feel. I don't worry about my son when he is there and that's the best feeling.

Disappointed and Inconvenienced. We were happy with Belles and Beaus for a while but are extremely disappointed with the way actions toward our child have been handled, and the lack of immediate action being taken when clearly needed (not even separating the kids). They have treated us like we were the offender and I would not recommend this facility.

safe and happy place. When we started looking for daycare, we were extremely cautious about where we chose because of our daughter's severe food allergies. After looking at several other centers, we were very confident in Belle's and Beau's. Jenny reassured us that extreme precautions would be taken to ensure our daughter's safety. The staff and administration at Belle's and Beau's treat our daughter like one of their own. Our daughter is always very excited to go there everyday! They go above and beyond the rest! We are so relieved to find a safe and happy place for our daughter.
