I called Littleton Heating and Air when my furnace stopped working. I couldn't get the pilot to stay on and I really needed some heat on one of our lovely frigid mornings. I am very busy and I knew I had an older furnace, so I was pretty much ready to get a new furnace and get some heating going for me and my family. Even with my eagerness and lack of patience, the technician did a full assessment and ended being that I just needed to replace the thermocoupler (did I spell that right?). Repair was fast and inexpensive. Thank you for getting the job done efficiently and not taking advantage of a grumpy, impatient man. I would definitely recommend them again.…
Highly recommend Littleton Heating & Air Conditioning. Everyone I dealt with were professional. Technician quickly diagnosed faulty furnace igniter and had a replacement in stock on his truck. We were back in heat in no time.…
Great Service!!!!
Just wanted to say.

Just wanted to say thank you for the excellent service I received from your company. The technician was very qualified and helpful and our furnace is quieter than it has been in years. I will recommend Littleton Heating & Air Conditioning to everyone.

From Littleton Heating and Air Conditioning.
Typically refrigerant is not added to a system without finding and repairing the leak before hand. The EPA has guidelines for leaking systems containing refrigerant that all HVAC contractors should
adhere to. To us it looks like that price would include first finding the leak and then repairing it followed by a pressure test and evacuation then recharging the system with refrigerant.
That does not excuse the fact that a technician would offer to do the job on the side. I would really like to see the quote that you were given and have the name of the technician so that I can make sure we do not have a technician in the field that would do that. Any technician that is involved in that kind of behavior will no longer be involved with our company. We go to great lengths to ensure that we hire qualified technicians but also honest people, and if that is not what we sent to your home than it will be dealt with swiftly. Please get in contact with us so we can get some key information from you about this job and get it taken care of.
One sub-standard employee that exhibits terrible behavior does not mean the company he works for is terrible. I find it hard to believe that we have someone on our staff the would meet that criteria, but if we do a simple phone call from the customer to inform us that is the case would be most helpful.
Thank you for your cooperation,

These guys are TERRIBLE. I called them to fix my AC. It needed to be charged with refrigerant. The told me over $1000. I've had this done on my car and it was a little over $100. I'm sure a home air conditioner is much bigger but not 10x bigger! I called several other people and the highest estimate I got was $300!! To make matters worse, the tech offered to do the work "on the side" for $700 on the weekend! I would never call these guys again. They are TERRIBLE!…
