one of my old favorites. Oh man, I have gone here since the early 70's when attending jr. college in Littleton. I ate here several times a week as it was so good and cheaper than I could make; well, actually I didn't know how to cook. Always good, quick food and friendly staff and customers. I used to go and eat there and then walk over to Safeway(now gone) and get an apple for desert. I live in Pueblo now, but go every time I'm back to see family in Littleton. So affordable.

Good cheap mexican food. I have to say, I like The Taco House. Located right on Littleton Blvd. this little, inexpensive restaurant serves some pretty decent homemade tasting mexican fare. The taco meat is seasoned well and the green chili really thick and tasty. The place is certainly nothing fancy but that adds to its charm. The servers are always nice and friendly. Much better place to eat fast food mexican than Taco Bell or Del Taco. Just wish they would serve Margarita's and other cocktails.

Great Cheap Eats. My parents started taking me to the Taco House when I was 3. 20 years later this local dive chain of mexican restaurants is still around, and still has pretty decent food for the money. I always see the same staff, the service is good, place is clean (which is more than can be said for many dive places), and the portions are decent considering the price. Whenever I have friends in town and we want a cheap meal, we head to the Taco House... you'd spend the same on fast food, but definately better quality at the Taco House.
